I'm looking for a script that I can install on my website.

The site will basically have photo's uploaded once a week by one member, and it will have other members who pay a monthly subscription to access the site and view the pictures.

I need a script that is ready to buy / download, and not looking for the option to find someone to make me it, I do not have that sort of time
 
I recommend e107 which is a very easy to use content management system. You can restrict the website as a whole, or part of the website or whatever you want to members who have a username and password.
I have used it in the past and highly recommend it.
Oh and it's absolutely free because it is an Open Source application.
