i remember i think the kid is having a hard time fitting in at school and has been going threw life thinking that the man his mother is with is his father but it turns out that its not and his real father was killed in a street race before he was born, but after a bit the kid starts talking like the father and the mother recognizes it, also his father who is an angel also has someone kinda like a probation officer that makes sure he makes the kid do good things and the probation officer rides an Indian motor cycle
