I'm looking for a nice Chinese restaurant for my wedding reception. It has to be somewhat inexpensive, somewhere around $28 per person. I'm also hoping for some nice atmosphere. We are looking for a restaurant in San Francisco, the Peninsula or the South Bay. Thank you!
