Im looking at a car with 20" rims. Will the rim size affect the driving?

yes it will effect the driving....if u wanna keep the car for long time its wise to look at how the person changes the suspension, i mean when he installed new rims what changes did he made to the suspension....if its not done properly u might start getting problems in further years
 
Im going to look at a 1998 grand prix. It has 20" rims but i heard that because the rims are so big it will affect gas mileage and mess with the odometer. Is it true? can it affect anything else?
 
Yes it sure can.... The gas miliage, the speed odometer, and odometer will all be effected.... Not to mention, with low profile tires you hiut a pot hole, and It will be verry costly.. low profile tires cannot take an impact, not to mention are twice the cost of conventional tires. pluss if they are crome rimes... you must keep them clean of any rock salt.. it destroys the finish....
