No you cannot pull it with your Tahoe. It is rated to pull a maximum trailer weight of approx 6000lbs, and you have about 1200lbs of weight capacity that the vehicle can carry (that includes you the driver and all passengers, and other crap)! The tongue weight alone will cause you to exceed your GVWR.

The factory hitch is not even rated to carry that load WITH a distributing hitch. Look at getting yourself a 3/4 or 1-ton truck.
