muscle but not lose any fat? I'm about 5 foot 11 inches tall, and I weigh just shy of 130 pounds. So I want to make sure that I do not lose fat but at the same time gain muscle mass. I also want to know how often I should eat and if I should take any supplements. I know there are multiple questions here but I want to be able to get the best results I can out of p90x. Any answers given are well appreciated.
