I'm just after deleting an email which i recieved in my spam inbox.... ?

I get alot of spam and my initial reaction is to click all and delete but as I was doing this earlier as it was being deleted I noticed one which was a reply to a job application. I really need to get this mail back. Is it possible?

If it still exists, it would be in your trash folder. However, I think it's possible that the messages from your spam folder might be deleted immediately, but I'm not sure. (I haven't used my spam folder in a while.)
