Im [Italian Ameican] im looking up my Background, some saying italians are Latino?

is this true am i latino? my mom is full blooded italian and dad is scottish ..... ......................

am i latino? sence im italian? or is this something like what americans say "black irish" meaning irish man with black hair


im just asking are italian latino im just trying to get it stright so i can tell what i am
I was born in USA Pittsburgh,

so i would not know my background or people very well being raised around Americanism

and realize my native language is simular to spanish

numbers in italian and spanish to the number 1-4 are the same ?
