homey? has anyone traveled to tahiti and the smaller islands can advise me how to plan this trip? Any suggestions how to go from los angeles to tahiti etc for 15 days. Are there small hotels on each island? Can I rent a tour guide to get around the islands? I'm not a trekker or diver just love ocean adventure and the south pacific environs. I want to make this dream come true this May. I ordered a book on amazon aobut tahiti to prepare for the trip.
