wondering if I need papers to? ship her back to the states? I am not trying to register her for her breed. I have no plans on breeding her either. So, basically I just want to know if I need papers for her to come back with me and if im allowed to bring her back to the states with me at all?...... please no critcisum just the facts, Thanks.
