Im in high school what should I take to get into pre med after high school?

Okay,
So im a grade 9 student going to grade 10 next year
i got an 80 average so far and i could do better.
I just got my course selection sheet and am not sure what to take yet
theres not much choice right now but I want to know what I need for pre med so i can take it in grade 11 and 12
also im in canada and we learn french here, i would like to know if its nessicary to take that
so someone please tell me what i gotta do in high school to get into med school.
