I'm in gymnastics and i really want to learn how to do 3 things....Plz help!!?

1. Kickover: I can do a kickover from a mat and couches and stuff like that but i really want to be able to do a kickover on the floor.

2. Back walkover: I can do a beckbend i just cant get the last part of it. It also is really hard for me to go straight from doing a backbend to kicking over really fast.

3. Back extension roll: The only part that i cant do is get my head of the ground. I can do the handstand part of it with my head on the ground....Plz help and thankss:]
