I'm in Germany, how do I find somebody to have some chit-chat?

I've had 1 year of German lessons and would like to have a real talk with somebody. There's a park nearby but I always feel too much stress to just begin talking to a stranger that might just ignore me and I have no idea what to say! And I must already find somebody who is alone, because talking to pple who aren't alone is awkward lol.

I'm on holidays here for 4 more days, i mean I've had lessons about the German language and now I'd like to speak some German :)
 
Yeah. Talking to a random stranger at a park might be kind of awkward.
You could try going to a cafe. Even if you don't find someone to talk to, you could practice your German by ordering you coffee/pastry. =)
