I'm 41+1. I woke up at 3am and had a heavy bloody show. Now getting really bad period pains around my back and abdomen.. I can't even stand they hurt so much. Been advised not to go to labour ward though ??? I'm getting horrendous pains every 5 minutes lasting 30 seconds but my tummy isn't tightening?
