I am 19 years old a few months away from turning 20. I just got a letter in the mail saying that because of my poor performance in the last few semesters in college, they are withdrawing me from the school, which to me more or less means that I'll be dropping out. I desperately want to stay in college, and if I stay I will make sure to do all the work necessary to stay in. I will be talking to one of the counselors tomorrow to see if I can get them to let me stay. I currently live with my parents and I haven't told them about this (at least, not yet).
Is there a chance the college will still let me back in? And if not what should I do?
