I'm I safe after inhaled mercury from broken energy saving bulb?

I was unscrewing one of the light bulbs from my ceiling fan today, and one of them snapped from the bottom. Pieces of the glass went all over the carpet, some on my jacket on my chair. I believed I did inhale some of the mercury, since i was standing right under it, and was talking. I vacuumed the carpet and opened the windows.

I read online how those bulbs can effect brain development and motor skills in childrens etc, I'm 17 atm, and i guess i'm not considered a "children" anymore, and none of the members in my family is pregnant.

I know those bulbs only contain like 5mg of mercury, and should not be a big deal, i just want to make sure that I can still safely walk on that carpet and use that room and wash my jacket where the light bulb fall on with other clothes right?

thanks
serious answers please
