I'm hearing a wierd noise like a rattle or something loose when i hit a bump...

...in my 2001 ford escape. I just ? had the bushing done less than a year ago and the left lower control arm replaced not to long ago. It sounds the same way the control arm sounded when it had to be replaced only a little less loud and hard. Any suggestions?
