I'm hearing a sound that sounds like a "rubbing" from the drivers side

front wheel well area of my Ford Focus.? Occasionally I'll hear it on bumps, as in low dips on a gravel driveway, or dips in the road at slow speed, never hear it over 30 mph. But when making turns, primarily left, I hear it almost all the time. Right now, from what I've read I'm thinking sway bar mounts, the shocks seem fine, when bouncing the front of the car I get 2 "bounces" and its at rest. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. I took it in and had it looked at and it was the wheel hubs. It cost me about 300 dollars, but that was after I had brake pads replaced too. Take it to a ford dealer.

it could be a broken coil spring and is rubbing against the tire or the tire could be the wrong size and is rubbing the inner fender
