Im having trouble with my samsung R560 on vibrate?

Everything is stuck on vibrate. Calls, messages, and my alarm. Even if i go in sound settings and set eat to tone and turn the volume all the way up theres still a vibrate icon next to the battery icon and everything still vibrates. This is a big problem especially with my alarm. Ive done everything i can think of even taking the battery out and that didnt work. Anyone know how i can fix this? Like step by step i suck with tech
