im having trouble with my bowling action (cricket)?

hi umm in a bout 2 weeks im going to be starting cricket at my school, but im having trouble with my bowling action i want to bowl exactly like shaunt tait but people say im chucking and pelting,can some one help me with my action, like how to carry my bowling hand over, my run up is fine, thanks.
ive looked up videos of shaun tait but still can get it right
