i have a samsung s8000 jet. the service i have on it is at&t and i cant view my multimedia messages. when i press retrieve and it says unable to retrieve. i dont know what to do or why i cant view/recieve my multimedia messages. does any one know why and do u know how i can fix it with a step by step process. please help.
