a couple months back my i spent a week with my friend at his dad's house. we had no food there so we went to the grocery store and bought a couple bags of no name shoestring fries. i had no trouble making them in his oven, we cooked them at 450. so i decided to make some here because they were really good, but they come out rock hard. how can i fix this?
