I'm having some difficulty in GTA Chinatown Wars for DS, help me plz?

Well the main problem is that I can't actually finish the dragon zuel Z mission(I think so I have spelled it wrong). How do I finish it?

The one who gives me the answer which is simple or any type of hack or anything will get 10 points. If any user has any hard trick, I will use it aswell and if it works, I will award u 10 points. Easy rules ehhh
