im having sharp pains on lower stomach and lower back!?

like out of now where it just started hurting like an hour ago and non stop im in pain so much pain =/
and idk what it can be
im not cramping cause its not time for my periods
and i have no health insurance so i cant go to the doctor which i want to go im now a junior in high school and haven't been to the doctor since the beginning of my freshmen year =(

but idk why im having this pain and it hurts so bad =///
