I'm having problems with Nokia Customer Service...Small Claims court or what?

I bought a Nokia phone through Amazon and it was defective. I sent the phone to Nokia as they have a one year warranty on all of their phones. They fixed the display which came to me defective. The sound quality was horrible so I told them to fix that as well. They sent me back the phone and the display was fixed but the phone still sounded terrible. No one could hear me and said that I sounded muffled, like I was in a barrel or tunnel or that I was indistinguishable. I sent the phone back to them with the same complaint. I received the phone back the second time and they said that it wasn't broken, although everyone I've spoken with on that phone since, has told me that it's possibly worse than it was before.

I spoke with Nokia Customer care several times and they keep referring me to other dept's and now they said that they will call me back in 24-48 MORE hours. They said this before too, and when the person called me back, he just referred me back to Customer Care. They said that they prioritized my case so they have 21 more hours left to call me back. Prioritize? Ha!

My question is, that I am getting no satisfaction from Nokia to resolve this issue. The phone is not expensive at all, but it still doesn't work and I had to send it back to them 2x already. They actually suggested that I send it back one more time with a "more detailed description of what the problem is." Like I didn't already do that?

Do I have any sort of way to file a claim against them and how much could I ask for in say, small claims court? I live in Wisconsin, they sell Nokia phones here, but I do not think that they have any offices here, at least not that I could find on the 'net. Since I purchased the phone online, what are my options at this time? I have no clue as to what my rights are but I want this settled. If I had millions of dollars to buy another phone, I would not. It's the principle more than the money at this point.

BTW, I'm disabled, make less than $11,000/year and don't have the money to buy another phone, pay for postage to send it back AGAIN for no reason, etc. What are my rights and how would I go through the process to make this right?

Any serious answers would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much in advance!
