...my PC? I recently got a Dell laptop and wanted to transfer some files from my old PC to my new laptop, so I decided to use a USB flash drive. The flash drive works fine on my PC; however my laptop keeps displaying my flash drive as a "Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader" instead of "USB Mass Storage Device." I tried this with a flash drive belonging to a friend of mine and it works just fine. I want to know if there is a way to solve this problem without having to spend some more of my hard-earned cash. If it helps my laptop uses Windows Vista Basic (since I just got it) and the manufacturer of the flash drive is Dane Elec.
