My husband is working night's right now so no one is home with me. I have panic attacks over thunderstorm's (it's been storming) and also loud noise's. All day long the local paper mill has been releasing their valve's. If you have never lived near a paper mill this sound's like a jet landed on your roof even though it's miles away... All day it's been freaking me out, now it's storming... I feel like I'm just going to die... Any unusual tips/tricks are welcome... 3 more hours till hubby is home!
