Im having a problem with my Lg Cookie kp501?

I have been having a problem with my Lg cookie kp501. Every time i try and put songs onto my phone from the usb it normally comes up with something on my phone saying that its connected and when i go on the computer and click my computer it normally comes up with removable dick F and Removable disk G.But recently when i do it nothing comes up on my phone saying its connected and removable disk F and G don't come up on my computer so i cant drag my songs to them files because they ain't there anymore can anyone please HELP BADLY I NEED AN ANSWER thanks. ♥
