I'm 10 pounds overweight or 2% body fat over when I was taped. I've lost 20 pounds already but I'm finding it really hard to lose any more weight. Any suggestions?

Only drink water! That's a given.

Perhaps push yourself harder when working out. Instead of running two miles go for two and a half, or three. Another set of push ups, sit ups.

Also don't eat after 7pm. If you get hungry, drink a glass of water. It's not good to eat late at night.

Diet diet diet.. Drink water.. ONLY water.. Drinking anything that has a calorie count is a mistake, never drink your calories..

Look for other low cal options.. If you eat bread, get "light" bread, it's half the calories.. Butter? Spray butter has zero calories.. etc..

Working out helps, but the diet is the best option for losing pounds.. I learned this as I struggled to keep myself below 170 lbs... 2 weeks on weight watchers diet, and I lost more weight than 2 months trying to over work myself.. GL..

BTW = I lost 30 lbs on weight watchers in 3 months, just helping work friends with their diet.. Compared to maintaining 170 lbs working out and not dieting.. It's a big big differance..
