Cutting bad things you eat, eating smaller portions, and snacking on healthy things can result in weight loss even if you don't work out. BUT, if you add a workout plan, the weight loss is more effective. True or False. I mean Im basically saying You can change your eating habits and lose weight but adding a workout you can lose more. Either way your losing weight.
