What is the name of the excercise?
Type of movement? Pushing-Hip dominant Pulling-Knee dominant Core
Muscle Group(s) excercised?
How it improves performance in this sport?

I tried doing one from cc practice, but didnt know all the answers to all of these please helpp out!!!!!
And I have to answer all those questions for one excercise!
