I'm about to graduate college and comission as a 2Lt from ROTC, I'm happy about that and all, but the problem is that they branched me into chemical corps. I'm not really excited about it, as i have heard that chemo's pretty much get the run around and usually get stuck as the S-3 bitch. I was hoping that someone out there could give me some further insight into this branch. What opportunites are there? Can I go to specialized schools? Could I potentially get into a combat situation, or even swamp with a combat arms branch? Any info would be helpful. Thanks for your imput.
