...contract is broken? I traded a $6000 motorcycle for a $12000 gmc envoy denali that has a lien on it. the owner said he will make payments on it for 2 years and then I can take over payments in return i give him the bike. My question is if i write up a contract and get it notorized will it hold up as a binding contract in court or if he doesnt do wat he says.
