The eton's as well as many other scooters include a wheel lock which locks the wheel at an angle so it can't easily be pushed away. It's engaged with the key by turning the ignition back past the off position while the wheel is turned to the left. This is helpful and you should always put that on for starters, however that is not enough. You'll also want to invest in a good lock. A chain is the easiest but get something thick and hardened steel. A boron carbide masterlock is cutproof and an advisable choice. You can also get chain and lock sets made by companies like Kryptonite and they're a safe bet. Some also include warranty coverage if it does get cut and your scooter is stolen. Make sure its long enough to go around your wheel and whatever you're locking to. Also be sure to lock to sturdy and firm objects, bike racks are good. things like streetposts can be pulled out of the ground and you could loose your ride. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BIKE WITH A CABLE LOCK.
