since i believe we're crap, and our results are not indicative of how we play, which is shit.
we have a decent defensive line, but that alien Konchesky needs to go. we have Fabio Aurelio and i don't understand why we don't use him. Carragher is our talisman but we need to make sure Agger can stay healthy to replace him when he retires. i like Skrtel, i just wish he was a little faster. Soto is really good off corners, but that's about it. Glen Johnson is good at right back, but i would rather have him at right mid, since he's good at going forward, and so he doesn't have to worry about coming back on defense. we should buy a new right back in the transfer window, until Martin Kelly develops, and i think he can become a great defender.
is midfield we're set with Gerrard and Meireles for now, and i think as soon as Meireles gets his feet set in the premier league he can be special as well. Gerrard is still world class but only has about 3-5 years left at this level. Lucas is slowly getting better and i think he would be great as a Mascherano replacement, but i don't think he's better than Gerrard or Meireles to be in the middle. Poulsen i see as just being a backup his whole time at Anfield. i think we can move Glen Johnson to right mid so he can attack more. i like Joe Cole's creativity on the left, if he doesn't slot in behind the striker(s)
forwards i think we're set with Torres (assuming he stays) still working back from a knee, and he's still shown glimpses of his old self. Ngog can be really good. Liverpool fans are down on him, but he's only 21 and i think he has alot of time to develop into a great poacher.

Jova: i think we should sell Jovanovich in the transfer window. he doesn't get playing time and he's already complained about not seeing the pitch enough.
Poulsen: i don't see him on the field anytime soon, we could keep him but with Spearing coming through the ranks, i like him more than Poulsen, plus he's younger
Konchesky: if we buy another left back, preferably younger or more skilled we can still get 2-3 mil off of him.
BUY:
Honda: i LOVE Keisuke Honda. he's the beast from the far east. crazy skilled, crazy quick, and really smart. he can be the striker we've been waiting to fill the void next to Torres, be the attacking mid behind our striker(s), or be the deadly winger we've been longing for. he's #1 on my wish list
Benzema: he's been deemed as "surplus" by the special one, and judging from what i saw (or didn't see) from him against Barcelona, he won't be welcome on the field or in the city of Madrid much longer. he's young, fast, and deadly, and reportedly available for as little as 13 million.
so ya, that's my rant. i wonder how many people i'll get on here saying i'm a scouser, Liverpool sucks, etc etc etc. oh. and my personal favorites: Loserpool and Loserfool
and for the record, i'm American. from the good old USA. so bring on the yank jokes.
i hope both of you that answered see this. but i was thinking more of a 4-3-3 formation. with wingers, a point man, two defensive mids, and one attacking mid.
