I'm going to vegas in September, what are the best bars/restaurants/clubs?

I'm going to Vegas in September for my 21st, and what are the must-see bars and restaurants? Also, what places should I avoid, and is there any great comedy/magic shows you have seen?
 
for the show terry fator is a must see ( he won america got talent a few years back)
there is a Burger joint called strip Burger ( it is outside in the mall across from steve Wyn's 2 joints)
buffet - the one in the planet hollywood is dam good
bars - the coyote ugly is a good little joint ( they have a happy hour, but don't get to wasted there because you will get the boot out of there)
