...eating whey protein? I focus mainly on cardio, jogging/walking on a treadmill for about 40 minutes per day. I also do a little weightlifting depending on how I'm feeling that day. My main goal is to slim down but i wouldn't mind bulking up a little too. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
 
id wouldnt eat much protein it puts fat on and if you dont lift alot it turns to fat not muscle.so id stick with mainly the cardio and maybe a few minutes of lifting jus to stay toned.after a while tho your gonna see results with that
 
So you want to loss weight, there's what you do. before every meal about 20 to 25 min before each meal eat a chewy bar and have a full glass of water that will fill you up so you can eat less and still feel full.. also when working out go at a nice slow even pace, you DO NOT want to go as fast as you can. when you go as fast as you can your body doesn't burn fat, it burns sugar, so by going at a slow pace it lets you work out longer and burn more fat.. 6ft and 210 pounds is pretty average to me,and try no to be too skinny,having a good build is ok too,but from what ur doing,keep it up
