im going to the army and im a minor wanting to marry?

im currently 17 and enlisting soon.
i live in NY
we've been together for 3 years.
if i have parents consent can i marry if he is older?
and where can i get legit information on this?
*because i wont for another year and i want him to have the benfits if something were to happen to me.
