Exercises I am going to begin:
• Bike riding - legs and thighs.
• Crunches/sit-ups Abdominals
• Press-ups arms

Do you think that is a effective small exercise plan, and I know it is very basic.

I would be doing the press-ups and the sit-ups every day around 60-80 of each and cycling every 2 or 3 days.

I'm 13 and Male, and weigh around 8-8 and a half stone (English Metric units)

Feel free to change/add/take-away things from my basic plan, and I will be eating healthy.

Thanks a lot - How long will results take to show Btw?

some other bodyweight exercizes would be good. pullups, wall sits, chin ups, push ups, leg raises. also stretch daily.

no sceew that dude u need 2 work on yur core ..it all starts there ..u build from there on then u can start ur cardio thing but whatever works 4 you do it and run with it ..lol no pun intended

If you keep records of how well you are doing (measurements/photos) then you'll notice differences with one or two weeks! And yes depending on your goals while it's only a basic plan it's not too bad. My suggestion would be to time your crunches & sit-ups after your bike riding, as the bike does nothing for your stomach - so many pro cyclists end up with small pot bellies!
