Im from the U.S. and I'm going to Scotland in a week and will have my laptop and cell phone. Does anyone know how i can call or e-mail home with out killing myself with charges for calling and internet?
Buy a phone card specifically for Scotland;
Logging into the internet is not a local phenomenon - I have used my internet connections from Paris w/o racking up any fees.
