What's up, I'm preparing my car for a paint job. Its an 89 Mazda RX-7. My car's stock paint is flaky on the hood, and some flaky spots on other sections of the car. I was wondering if I should only sand down only the flaky parts of the car, or should I sand down the whole car? Also, what number of sand paper should I use, since i dont have a sander? Thanks for your Help.
