im going to italy and im wondering should i buy a primer?

its going to be warm, not too warm but still.; i dont normally use one, ive been meaning to buy one. but because its warm and make up just wont last, will a primer help, im not talking about on the beach i wont wear make up then but at night and stuff? a full face and an eye primer?
