okay so im going to csu long beach but this summer i am going to go to golden west college to take one class. however when i registered for the class online, they gave something called bogw which is board of governors fee waiver which allows me take classes for free but i still have to pay like health,class supplies and etc. so i was wondering if i could accept this because i am also gettting financial aid from csu long beach.
