I'm going to check out some books, what do you recommend?

I'm more drawn to fantasy books, but i like to read all types of books. Do you have any GREAT novels that you suggest i should take a look at and could you tell me what type of novel it is? Thanks.
 
The Clan of the Cave Bear.
I read this book for a book report and fell in love with the whole Earth's Children Series.

well i'm not sure if your a guy or a girl but i have a good book recommondation for both!

ok for a guy i would DEFINATLY recommend the book "Going Nowhere Faster" Its a hilarious and witty comming of age story, not unlike the Catcher and the Rye and is about this 17 year old guy whose kinda a nerd with a 160 IQ, and is still failing all of his classes..even if you ARE a girl, i would still recomend this book since its hilarious

and if you are a girl then you should def.def.deffffff. read 13 Little Blue Envelopes. Its really a chick book, so unless your into that kinda thing i doubt you would like it (if your a guy). And what its about is a 17 year old girl whose close aunt had recently died, and the girl was left this package with these enveloples inside it that had instructions to get on a plane to Europe and do some things that she didn't have a chance to do before she died.. its pretty adventure-y and i loooved it.
