these 2 phones come without contracts.... my aunt says that when i get the sprint they wont activate it for me unless i get the contract which i dont want. Is this true should i get the t-mobile or would they be just as likely to do the same. I wanted a phone that wouldn't cost me a couple hundred dollars w/o a contract but i also didn't want a cheap tracfone. Thanks for your help
