Um...Miss Dance Teacher??

This will be happening within the next year. I am currently a dance teacher at the studio that I grew up in and last night, my boss asked if I would like to take over as owner for her. She is getting remarried and wants to be home with her family more. I'm so honored that she chose me and has that much confidence in me but I must admit, I'm nervous. I don't know anything about running a business (she is going to train me over the next year). I'm also nervous that I'm not qualified. I plan on taking some teacher training courses this summer but I'm not certified. I did however just find out that she isn't certified either (I thought she was). She did complete the Dance Masters of America training though. Are there any studio owners out there who have any advice for me? I will take any and all from fellow teachers, dancers, and studio owners. Thanks so much!
