I'm going to be a groom aid for horses don't know if I need horseback riding shoes.?

I'm going to be a groom aid at a camp and I will be mucking out the stalls, putting on the bit and saddle, etc.
I will be helping out with the classes too and I don't have riding boots.
Is there anything else I can use
Rainboots?
Cowboy boots?
idk
I maybe will be riding a little bit but not much and i just need a boot that can serve for both situations, but nothing real expensive
