I'm going on a camping trip for the first time...where will I take a crap?

I'm pretty sure there won't be any toilets available at our campsite, so will I have to dig a well for this purpose? Also, I don't think there will be a sink available either, how will I cope without one of those? Do I have to bring in a 5 gallon water jug or something else?
 
If no toilets are available simply dig a hole.Bringing water is never a bad idea as well as hand sanitizer.You may also want to keep in mind that if there are not any bathrooms there is not gonna be any paper either.Baby wipes are also a nice pleasure in circumstances like that.
