I'm not pleased with where I work, I only can get 5 to 10 hours a week, even with me being a top performer. Only managers can get above 20 hours a week, as a matter of fact. I am currently in the DEP for Marines, and I leave in June of this year. I was planning on just letting the manager have a peace of my mind on my way out the door, could this be a poor decision? I don't ever plan on coming back to my current job again.
