I'm gaining weight!

I've lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks just by eating healthier/less.

I've done it already once, this time is easy.

I lost 90 lbs back in '04. I went from 280 to 190. After I got to 190 I started a hard exercise routine - free weights and running. After that I was hungry as hell, and then life got too busy and I didnt have time to stay in shape but the appetite stayed.

So here in '08, I was back at 260. Now Im at 240.

Ignore my dorky ass friend. He's a cool cat, he's not actually gay.

Like I said, I've lost about 20 lbs since then... old habits came flooding back and I'm well on my way.

It's not that hard after hte first week or two to just eat healthier/less. I personally use the weight watchers system, which is quite simple and just encourages healthy eating. If I can lose weight, you can too.

By the way, I'm 6'2.
